General Day Camp Info

This is a day camp for children who will be entering Kindergarten Fall 2017, until just completed 5th Grade.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30am-2pm
Children must bring a sack lunch each day
Cost does include a cool camp water bottle!

Each camper will be placed with their age group and will rotate to each Break Out session. The camper will participate in 4 Break Out sessions daily. The Break Out session activities will rotate each day.

Bayside Baptist Church Day Camp Policy Statement

Guardians are expected to bring camper to assigned area in the morning and sign them in and bring a sack lunch with a refillable water bottle daily. All campers need to wear appropriate clothing for play, which includes shorts of modest fingertip length, modest tank tops and t-shirts {no midriffs or low cut), and tennis shoes. When a bathing suit is needed it must be modest tankinis or one-piece for girls, and no speedos for boys.

In order for your child to be enrolled, fees must be paid in full. All payments are due at the first day your child attends. Families with children attending the full 8 weeks that wish to split up the payment, must pay half on the first day. The remaining balance is due on July 12th. No refund will be issued should family decide to no longer participate.

A child must be free of the following symptoms for at least 24 hours before they can be accepted back into Day Camp: fever, diarrhea, vomiting, lice, cold and flu symptoms, unexplained rashes, blisters, bumps or swelling, any other symptom that would qualify as an illness.

Discipline Policy: If needed, your child will be issued a warning about behavior {1st), a time out to cool down {2nd) in which a teacher will pray with them, removal from activity {3rd) if the negative behavior continues, and finally sent home for the day {4th). If the negative behavior is a pattern that warrants all four actions repeatedly then a removal from day camp will be acted upon.
